Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@voleapilates.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
